Chest council of India (CCI)

Chest council of India (CCI) started by a philanthropist and Pulmonologist from Davangere, Karnataka Dr NH Krishna and a pulmonologist from Kasaragod, Kerala Dr Narayana Pradeepa with some close friends as a whatsapp group in 2014, rapidly expanded to currently over 10 groups, the entry to which is free and unrestricted with the only caution of posts being restricted to academics or the betterment of the subject. It became a registered society in 2017, accepting payment for lifetime members, and currently having members pan India, divided into 6 zones and designated state level office bearers all over the country, holding an annual conference every year since 2017.

    • Every delegate will receive a registration confirmation mail after the successful completion of the payment of registration fee. Time span for receiving the mail may vary due to several reasons. If you do not receive any mail within 15 days of registration, please mail at ccicon2025@gmail.com
    • Only registered persons can attend the conference. Replacement or substitution is not allowed.
    • Registrants can make cancellation requests from their user profiles or may mail at ccicon2025@gmail.com

  • Cancellation Policy
    CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
    • No verbal cancellation requests will be entertained. Cancellation request should be mailed to ccicon2025@gmail.com.
    • Cancellation will be effective with the acceptance acknowledgment sent from the CCICON 2025 Secretariat.
    • Refund will be initiated as per the following, after 30 days of completion of the conference:

    Cancellation by May 31, 2025 50% of the Paid Amount
    Cancellation by July 15, 2025 75% of the Paid Amount
    Cancellation after July 15, 2025 No Refund
    • No refund will be applicable on internet handling charges, taxes etc.
    • With the cancellation of Conference Registration, all the paid and complimentary services/facilities/entitlements will be canceled.
    • Mode of Refund Remittance will be by Cheque only.
    • No refund will be applicable in case of eventual No Show.
    • In case of overpayment or double payment, the amount will be refunded to the account of the individual.
    • Neither the CCICON 2025 committee nor any of its associates will be held responsible if the conference is canceled or postponed due to natural calamities, political insurgence, etc. In case of cancellation or postponement of the conference, refund policies would be decided then and delegates will be informed accordingly.
    • No refund will be granted for early termination of attendance, cancellation of speakers or any other incident which are beyond the control of the organizers.
    • The policy may be changed if the situation demands. Please follow ccicon2025.com for time to time to keep yourself updated.
